This is some sort of odd unidentified flying object photograph

I discovered it in the Huffington Post weird news department -- if you proceed to the website link, you'll see a video, both regular and slow-moving speed, which shows what seems to be a unidentified flying object, except that it seems to be merely about twenty feet from the video camera.
